Blaine Lytle Records First Career Victory

New Member Blaine Lytle in only his fourth event came a way with his first victory of the year taking home two trophies. In the Sarazen Flight he edged out Sarasota Member Bob Shunke by one stroke by shooting an 84. For the Tournament Champion Award it Jerry Doyle of the Senior Palmer Flight had a 15 foot Birdie put to force a playoff but was not able to convert giving Blaine the Victory by two shoots.





Despite his 3 put on 18 Jerry Doyle was able cruz to victory in the Championship/Palmer flight with a five stroke win over the field. Jerry recorded 10 pars and one birdie to shoot a 78.



Jay Molina, Making his 2011 Debut after being crowned 2010 Player Of the Year, Started off just where he left off with a Victory in the Hogan Flight by four strokes over NY member and frequent guest Richard Lopiccolo. Jay had a little rust in his game on the front 9 shooting a 46 but was able to find his grove on the back shooting one under for a 35 giving him an 81 for the day.



After being informed that he was going to have the honor of receiving the First Ft. Myers/Naples “Member of the Month” award, Frank Monaco went out and won his Forth victory of the year and his first in his newly promoted flight in the Jones Division. Frank shot a 90 witch gave him a two stroke victory over new member Erik Howe. Frank also walked away with the most winning with a total of $330.00 which helped him earn 440 Player of the year points to keep him in 3rd place just one big victory away of claiming back his lead from earlier this year.
